**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise the recruitment process for skilled live-in childcare providers, prioritizing cultural awareness and language proficiency.
2. Act as a representative of the organization at childcare events, fostering relationships within the community.
3. Apply your supervisory experience in live-in childcare to identify and assess qualified candidates.

4. 2+ years of combined experience and formal education in performing arts.

Lead HR Generalist 

Position Open: January 31, 2024 until filled


Full-time/hybrid telework and on-site 

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting our company's human resources functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will assist in various HR activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department and the overall success of the organization.


1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
   - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
   - Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

2. **Employee Relations:**
   - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
   - Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

3. **HR Administration:**
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
   - Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.

4. **Benefits Administration:**
   - Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
   - Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate benefits enrollment processes.

5. **Performance Management:**
   - Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating performance evaluations, tracking performance metrics, and providing support to managers and employees.

6. **Compliance and Legal:**
   - Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
   - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant work environment.


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
