The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting our company's human resources functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will assist in various HR activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department and the overall success of the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
2. **Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

3. **HR Administration:**
