For every qualified applicant you refer, they are guaranteed an interview for further consideration. If your referral is selected and successfully completes 45 days as an Ameripair, you'll receive a $200 thank-you.

**Referral Process:**
Making referrals is simple. Email us at perfectpairing@ameripairs.com with the name of the person you referred. Send the applicant to our website to apply on the Ameripairs page.

 

Remember to keep in touch with the person you referred to support them during their journey. Once they've reached 45 days as an Ameripair, contact our team again to collect your $200. We offer the option of Zelle or check for payment, and you'll need to complete a brief form for our records. This promotion is valid for referrals made between now and October 31st, and you must be 18 or older to collect the referral bonus. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make and you do not have to be enrolled with our program to make a referral!

**Eligibility Requirements for Ameripair Program:**
To be considered for the Ameripair program, an applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements:
 

·         The applicant must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the USA

·         The applicant must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checks, which includes driving history, criminal history, employment background, and police activity.

·         The applicant must have verifiable childcare experience.

·          The applicant must possess a driver’s license.​
