For years, Ali has helped families navigate hosting and matching as a fun and (sometimes paid) hobby. Her love for hosting revolves around the intersection of family, career and providing mentorship. Recognizing the need for better options, Ali, along with her co-founders, embarked on a mission to create valuable opportunities for young people and offer alternative solutions for host families. Ameripair reflects their shared vision and commitment to making societal impacts. Ali also proudly supports the mission of Au Paradise LLC, serving as a consultant and repeat customer. Her dedication to ethical collaboration aligns seamlessly with the values upheld by this external partner. Meet Stacy, one of Ameripair’s executives, who has an impressive background with a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Contracts Management. As a mother of two, she is well-versed in childcare challenges and the need for qualified, passionate caregivers. Stacy has a behind the scenes/ administrative role, entrusting the team to fulfill the mission. As a co-founder, she recognized an opportunity for a domestic hosting program.

Meet Gusti: Childcare provider, performing artist, match expert and former Au Pair! With her diligence, love of children, recruiting/vetting experience, and leadership capabilities, she is perfect for finding amazing candidates and providing mentorship to Ameripairs™. Like many of us, she has been saddened by the potential demise of the J1 VISA program. However, she is able to draw from her experience to help the company, host families and the Ameripairs™ to ensure a better experience for all participants.

Meet Jess: Host Mom, vetting expert, and our liaison to Au Paradise LLC. Jess has so much wisdom to share about what makes a successful match. She has a great eye for talent and matchmaking. She is adept at interviewing and fostering honest conversations. She has helped so many host families and young adults. As our liaison to Au Paradise LLC, she is integral to ensuring host families and Ameripairs™ have the best possible experience.

Meet Tony: Our favorite Mansultant. Tony is a Host Dad and cyber-security expert. He enjoys mansplaining key insights, from the Host Dad perspective. He has been among the most passionate about perfectly pairing host families and Ameripairs™ in a way that facilitates a cultural exchange without having to deal with VISAs. Meet Amy, Director of Background Investigations and Adjudications, Candidate and Corporate vetting at Ameripair™. With a keen ability to detect deception, Amy has not only led but also mentored and trained in world-class investigations programs. Uniquely qualified, she designed our top-notch vetting program, showcasing her dedication to meticulous processes and unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Meet Erika: Attorney, Host Mom, and business expert. As a client to one of Ameripair™ LLC’s founders, she felt first-hand the goodness that can happen when there is a great match. When she heard the unique and innovative approach by Ameripair™,  Erika was all in. With her business acumen and love for hosting, Erika has been a crucial resource to building our company’s foundation.  

Meet Pilar: Voluntary Ambassador- Mentor and former Au Pair! She was a childcare provider in her native country while in college when she made the life-changing decision to become an Au Pair in the USA. She spent her first year with an incredible host family that gave her mentorship and inspiration to pursue a career in facilitating awesome matches.  She is excited to offer the same mentorship to help the next generation of childcare providers to help them define their career goals and find a pathway to success! Pilar believes so much in our mission that she selflessly  volunteers her time and energy to help make Ameripair and amazing program.
